The first of the government's online censorship bills, C-11, has passed the House of Commons. Now it moves on to debate in the Senate.
This legislation needs to be voted down. Period.
The government of Canada has no business telling Canadians what we can and can't watch online, and the potential for this bill to regulate what every single user can publish online is unacceptable.
There is reason for hope, though: many Senators have said publicly they are not fans of the bill and will be taking a close look at its content.
Please use this form to write to Alberta's Senators and urge them to vote NO.
